Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy (together, the Agreement).
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
Continued use after posted changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Service Provider
The Service is operated by TwentyOne International Inc., an International Business Company registered under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda, doing business as 21hop.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are responsible for account accuracy, credential security, and all activity under your account.
Service Description
21hop provides a managed VPN service with dedicated IP allocation.
21hop does not guarantee specific outcomes, including streaming compatibility, censorship circumvention, latency targets, connection speeds, or uninterrupted availability.
Dedicated IP Assignment
Each paid VPN instance is assigned a dedicated egress IP during the active subscription term.
Dedicated IPs are leased infrastructure resources and remain the property of 21hop.
21hop may reassign, rotate, or withdraw any IP at any time for abuse mitigation, legal process, upstream requirements, network optimization, or force majeure.
Orders, Billing, and Renewals
Pricing is shown at checkout and billed in USD unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate until cancellation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
21hop may change pricing, with changes effective on the next renewal cycle after notice.
- You are responsible for taxes, duties, currency conversion fees, and payment processor charges.
- Failed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Spam, phishing, malware distribution, botnet activity, credential abuse, or fraud.
- Unauthorized scanning, intrusion attempts, exploit attempts, or denial-of-service activity.
- Distribution, storage, or transmission of illegal content.
- Resale, redistribution, or sharing access without prior written authorization.
- Any activity that degrades service quality, threatens network integrity, or harms 21hop IP reputation.
Security and Abuse Controls
21hop may apply rate limits, protocol restrictions, traffic shaping, bandwidth caps, temporary suspension, or other safeguards, with or without prior notice.
Privacy and Data Handling
Account information, billing data, and operational telemetry may be collected and processed for service delivery, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and support as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
21hop does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
Planned or emergency maintenance, degradation, and outages may occur without prior notice.
Support
Support is provided through official 21hop channels on a reasonable-efforts basis.
Response times are not guaranteed and may vary by issue severity, volume, and subscription context.
Suspension and Termination
21hop may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at its discretion for non-payment, Terms violations, legal risk, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or service changes.
Upon termination, service access ends immediately and any refund rights are only those stated in the Refund Policy.
Referrals and Commissions
Referral incentives are governed by applicable referral program terms.
Self-referrals, synthetic accounts, and referral/payment abuse may result in forfeiture, clawback, and account termination.
Third-Party Software and Services
The Service may incorporate third-party or open-source components governed by their own terms.
21hop is not liable for third-party component performance, availability, or security.
Intellectual Property
21hop trademarks, logos, service names, branding, software, and content are owned by or licensed to TwentyOne International Inc.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21hop disclaims all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 21hop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
Total aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of fees paid during the three months before the claim event, or USD 100.00.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 21hop and related parties from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, legal violations, or third-party rights violations.
Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
Disputes should first be submitted to good-faith negotiation for 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must proceed on an individual basis, and class or representative proceedings are waived.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes not resolved through negotiation are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Antigua and Barbuda, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to Terms
21hop may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and 21hop regarding the Service.
